easier. Alkaline minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc are found
in green vegetables, avocados, ripe fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, coconut oils
and hemp. These foods cleanse the body and help to generate that youthful glow
says Snyder.

include munching on a banana to satisfy sweet cravings and to get rid of those
under-eye bags, pineapple to promote the production of collagen vital for skin
elasticity and lemon for its powerful cleansing properties. Changes in energy,
