Sounds good so far right!? But don’t be fooled, this is a tough workout but with the power to transform your body. Classes involve work at the ballet barre, using your own body weight and light dumbells to do work muscles deep down. Anything to get that toned look quickly and to improve posture.
One catch; the cost. At £28 a class it is an expensive way to stay in shape. Despite the cost the classes taking place in trendy Nottinghill are always packed so booking in advance is strongly recommended. And make sure you cover up your knees as classes promises sore knees after all of the knee stretches otherwise.
